That will depend on a number of factors of the size, pitch and number of layers your roof currently has. It also depends on what type of roof system you want or need. We will always stay within your budget or financing needs.

First, we need to inspect your current roof to see what options are available and at what cost. After that you will decide on what roof option, any upgrades and the color you want. We will then pull a permit and schedule a starting date. A reroof project can typically take on average 3-5 days to complete with inspections. 

Make sure pets are secure while work is being done. Children must not be present around the jobsite for their safety. We will take care of scheduling the inspections during the process. We will be in charge of cleaning up all debris on site and covering up grounded AC units and pools so that any debris does not cause issues.

Yes, but not always. Typically, on an existing roof over the years leaks and overlapping water causes dry rot which damages the roof deck and trim boards on the outer portion of the roof. We will have to replace these pieces or sections with new lumber in order to pass inspection in your area. This requires carpentry work, and the cost involves both labor and materials. A change order will be provided with all itemized costs and the balance will be added to the final invoice. We will only replace what is required to pass inspection, unless you as the homeowner asks us to replace more with approved added costs.
